Mr. Ramendra Rayamajhi

Chief Executive Officer

The Capital is led by Mr. Rayamajhi who has enormous knowledge of Investment, Research and Finance having commenced his career from one of the Big Four Accounting Firm EY ("Ernst & Young Global, India") in the capacity of Senior Financial Analyst for almost four years. He has almost over eight years of experience in Nepalese Capital market and Banking specialized in the realm of Equity Research & Investment, Portfolio Management Services, Finance, Treasury and other Merchant Banking activities.

Mr. Rayamajhi holds a bachelor degree (Bachelor in Business Management) from Bangalore University and has a post-graduation degree, Master in Business Administration (M.B.A) from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore. he is a Level II Candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst Program, USA. He is certified "Technical Analyst" awarded by Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Bombay.

Mr. Pragya Ratna Shakya

Mr. Pragya Ratna Shakya has over 14 years of experience working across a diverse range of sectors particularly in realty, stock brokering, management consulting and investment management sector. He is an MBA graduate from the Department of Management Sciences, Pune University. Prior to joining NIC Asia Capital Limited, he had spent 7 years working at Siddhartha Capital Limited as Head Business Support; where he was instrumental in the formation of the portfolio management services division and also spearheaded the Business Development, Marketing and Operations of the organization. In the Nepalese Capital Market, he has hands-on expertise in mutual fund management, portfolio management and corporate advisory services.

Mr. Damodar Rayamajhi

Mr. Rayamajhi has immense exposure towards capital market and related institutions in Nepalese Financial Markets. He holds Master degree in MBS from Tribhuvan University and during the very early phases of capital market in Nepal, he joined Global IME Capital Ltd. (Then Elite Capital Ltd) which is the first specialized established Merchant Bank in Nepal. Where he worked more than 8 years in the capacity of department head. He has overwhelming experience in issue management, Depository Participants and overall merchant banking activities.

Presently he is Leading the Merchant Banking/Depository Participants Department of NIC Asia Capital Limited as a Head Merchant Banking.
