NIC ASIA Bank Limited has a mission to serve entire the financial needs of the customers adopting the concept of Universal Banking Ecosystem. The establishment of the NIC ASIA Capital is therefore a step forward towards realizing the vision of the Bank.

NIC ASIA Capital has been established in view of the growing interest of Nepalese Investors and expansion in the scope and horizon of Capital Market. NIC Asia Capital Ltd. provides the Issue Management and Underwriting Services, Registrar to Shares, Portfolio Management, Corporate Advisory Services and Depository Participant Services(DP) to our valued clients. NIC ASIA Capital Ltd has been operating NIC ASIA Growth Fund in the market on behalf of the Bank.

We are guided by the belief that customers are the owners of the company. In accordance to this central belief, we aim to provide prompt and quality services to our customers by adopting customer-friendly, cost-effective means and by using latest technologies to benefit our customers. Similarly, we firmly believe that the true measure of the success of our company is reflected by the success of our customers.
