NIC ASIA Capital was incorporated under the Companies Act 2007 of Nepal and is licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal to undertake Merchant Banking activities, including Issue Management and Underwriting, Registrar to Share, Depositary Participant, and Portfolio Management. Our dedicated team comprises 39 female and 29 male employees, working together to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service.

Founded in 2016, we offer the whole gamut of Merchant Banking activities along with Mutual Fund Schemes. NIC ASIA Capital Limited has been aggressively expanding its footprint in the Merchant Banking domain: Depository Participant, Portfolio Management Service, Issue Management, Registrar to Share/Registrar and Transfer Agent, Corporate Advisory, Underwriting, and Asset Management through Mutual Funds. Along with this, Capital has acquired the license of Specialized Investment Fund (SIF) and plans to expand its footprint in the PE/VC space in the near future.
