Job Grade: Management Trainee

Job Summary: The Management Trainee will assist Research Department in conducting analysis of the capital market industry, managing market knowledge, and preparing comparable for planned transactions. They will assist various departments in capital projects for capital markets.

Minimum Qualification Requirement:

Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the field, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Candidate should have:

Knowledge of Nepalese capital market or relevant sector.
Additional courses in valuation, financial analysis, and forecasting would be an advantage.

Develop and maintain financial models, market monitoring systems and databases
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Nepali.
Sound skills in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
Minimum age 18 Years but not exceeding 32 Years.
Good Knowledge /Understanding or hands on experience with the Acts / Regulations / Guidelines/ Circulars issued by SEBON, CDSC, NEPSE.
