Mr. Rayamajhi has immense exposure towards capital market and related institutions in Nepalese Financial Markets. He holds Master degree in MBS from Tribhuvan University and during the very early phases of capital market in Nepal, he joined Global IME Capital Ltd. (Then Elite Capital Ltd) which is the first specialized established Merchant Bank in Nepal. Where he worked more than 8 years in the capacity of department head. He has overwhelming experience in issue management, Depository Participants and overall merchant banking activities.
Presently he is Leading the Merchant Banking/Depository Participants Department of NIC Asia Capital Limited as a Head Merchant Banking.
